They Lost Our Grades at My College, Because They Didn't Back Information Up on Another Server
Welcome, greetings.. and all that sorta shit.
Over the last week, give or take, the college I attend lost many students grades and homework--which were stored online. Thus, online classes--including discussion boards, online quiz's, etc. are all now effectively gone.
The main problem is that next week is finals week and now many students and teachers are without their grades and previously submitted work. Most likely, finals week, May 7-11, 2007, at Eastern New Mexico University will probably be FUBAR.
So far, school administration has been pretty quiet, while some professors seem to be freaking out, because their online stored grades are gone and will never return.
For online classes, hybrid classes (part online and in person), and as a grade/information storage medium, ENMU uses WebCT.
